Entry level Academy

Having considered the gap between the quality of graduates and those who are ready to drive our business in the appropriate direction, we designed an academy to help hone the required skills needed to deliver on our business objectives, thereby creating a rich talent pipeline to support the business across various functional areas.

entry level criteria

  1. Candidate must possess at least a first degree or its equivalent in a relevant field of study. Depending on the role, additional certifications or qualifications may be required.
  2. Must have either completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or have an exemption certificate from the relevant authority.
  3. Must have relevant documents to support claims.

Recruitment Process

Two selection processes will apply:

  1. Aptitude tests
  2. interviews.

Successful candidates will be invited to proceed to the interview stage. Human Resources will communicate the final decision to the interviewed candidate before an Offer of Employment is issued.
